- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password
- Aviation Credentials: Pilot certificates, ratings, medical certificate information, endorsements, flight reviews, and checkouts
- Billing Information: Payment information for flight training, aircraft rental, and related services
- Flight Records: Reservations, flight times, aircraft usage, squawks, and training progress

Information from Third Parties
- Google Sign-In: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google account to authenticate you. We do not access your Google password or any other Google account data through sign-in.
- Google Calendar: If you optionally enable calendar sync, we create a dedicated "Flight Reservations" calendar in your Google account and push reservation events to it. We do not read or modify any of your existing calendars or events. You can disconnect at any time, which removes the calendar and all synced events.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Manage flight scheduling and aircraft reservations
- Track pilot currency, endorsements, and training progress
- Process payments for flights and services
- Communicate with you about your reservations and account
- Maintain aircraft logs and maintenance records

How We Share Your Information
Within San Carlos Flight Center
Your information is accessible to staff, instructors, and dispatchers as necessary to provide flight training and rental services. This includes:
- Scheduling staff viewing reservations
- Instructors viewing student progress and credentials
- Maintenance personnel viewing squawk reports
Aircraft Owners
If you rent aircraft owned by third parties through our leaseback program, aircraft owners may have access to usage data for their aircraft.
